The Peppermint Tea blend from English Tea Store is contains no caffeine. A herb that comes from the northwestern United States, peppermint is often consumed after meals as the oils stimulate the flow of bile to the stomach and helps relieve gas pains. Ingredients: Peppermint leaves

The 2 ounce size fills the same size package as the 4 ounce of our other tea, as this is a very light product. Peppermint is used extensively is various recipes. One our favorites for a serving of 2 is the Banana Mint Slush.

Recipe:

• 1 ripe Banana
• 1 teaspoon of Peppermint leaves
• Grated peel of 1 lime
• 1 cup of skim milk
• 5 ice cubes

Place the banana in a blender and puree until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until slushy. Serve immediately. (less than 100 calories)
