2. Steep one - 1 gallon tea bag in pitcher. (For Sweet Tea - Add simple syrup. See below)
3. Place pitcher into fridge overnight (8-12 hours).
4. Pour over ice & serve.
Hot Brew Method
1. Boil 8-12 cups of water (depending on tea strength preference).
2. Steep one - 1 gallon tea bag for 5-7 minutes in heat resistant pitcher. (Add sugar if making Sweet Tea)

Simple Syrup Recipe
- In a saucepan, combine equal parts water and granulated sugar. For example, if you're using 1 cup of water, use 1 cup of sugar. The baseline is 1 to 1 1/2 cups of sugar for 1 gallon of tea.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar completely dissolves. This usually takes about 3-5 minutes.
- Once the sugar has dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Allow the simple syrup to cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, mix into tea after the removal of the tea bag.
Store any extra simple syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one month.
