Barley water, the British version, is made by boiling washed pearl barley, straining, then pouring the hot water over the rind and/or pulp of a fruit, adding fruit juice and sugar to taste.
Robinsons Orange Barley Water is available in a plastic bottle and contains no artificial colors or flavors.
